INCI: Cyclopentasiloxane (and) PEG-12 Dimethicone Crosspolymer

DOWSILTM 9011 Silicone Elastomer Blend is a 13% dispersion of high molecular-weight silicone elastomer substituted with polyether in XIAMETERTM PMX-0245 Cyclopentasiloxane. It is a proprietary material designed specifically to prepare water-in-silicone emulsions and multiple emulsions (i.e. water-in-silicone in water), with improved aesthetics.
